Personal Training Booking Policy

All sessions must be paid for in advance as that place is reserved for you when you make the booking, meaning any last minute cancellations make it impossible for me to utilise that time with a different client.

Personal Training Price List:

1-2-1:
1 session = £30
2 x sessions p/week = £50
Block of 10 hours = £250

2-2-1: £30 (£15 pp)

Small groups (3-5 people): £10pp

Cancellation policy:
100% with 12 hours notice.
50% with 24 hours notice.
If I cancel within those times you will receive a free session.



Please remember to be extra slow and careful when entering and leaving the property, and to remain in your vehicle until I am ready for you as this is private property with a lot of potentially hazardous things going on (for you and for workers - please be mindful of this!).

A 6 week programme designed to teach you
everything you need to know to so that you feel
comfortable and confident training on your own.
