Through working closely with myself, your training will receive extra attention so that you can push forward with more focus. Your training plan will be both challenging and progressive, to ensure results and long-term lifestyle changes.
What to expect…
Support
You will receive 24/7 support regarding anything at all. It is important to understand that your training is affected by everything, including (but not limited to) your nutrition, sleep and stress levels. I am always available to help you with anything you’re struggling with… or just for a chat!
Accountability
Through my proactive approach to training you, including regular contact and check-ins, we will break through your excuses. We are in this together!
Personal Development
Through a combination of training, nutrition and creating healthy habits we will build a better, healthier and stronger version of you (both mentally and physically)! We are working on you, and self-improvement is priceless!
Motivation
We will work as a team to keep you motivated and moving forwards. Through diversifying your training, setting attainable goals and measuring your progress, I will help you to push past your own plateaus.
Knowledge
I want you to understand exactly what we are doing and why, so that you can make progress, avoid injuries and gain confidence in your training. The more you understand about your body and how it works, the better! Knowledge is power.

Can’t recommend Jasmine enough! I’ve tried different exercise classes & ways to stay fit but I’ve never stuck to them or enjoyed them until now. After a couple of years of illness I decided last year that I needed to lose chemo lbs and covid lbs, although was quite scared to start training due to still finding stretching uncomfortable following surgery. Jasmine guided me with the nutrition and then we started slowly training and after 12 weeks of sessions twice a week with her and the other days independently: I felt fit by 50 instead of fat.
Jasmine tailored all of the workouts around what I could and couldn't do and she encouraged when I struggled, but didn’t judge when I couldn’t manage things.
I am enjoying her online classes- she goes to so much effort with them and love that if I can’t manage to do one on time that she will send me the link and I can do it in my own time. She has a lovely warm personality and motivational and I would recommend any of my friends to do PT with her.

I’ve never had a good relationship with exercise and I’ve never understood what I needed to do to achieve my goal. In the past, I tried group classes, other PT’s and going to the gym with my friends, but none of these were right for my body and I had some bad experiences with exercising, to the point where I gave up with it completely.
After being persuaded by one of my friends, I sceptically came along to one of Jasmine’s group glutes classes. I didn’t know what to expect but to my surprise I really enjoyed myself! I had a great session and was left feeling really good after, instead of feeling sick and lethargic like I did after previous classes. The session actually gave me a boost! I continued to return week after week. Jasmine introduced me to weight training, which I’ve never even thought about before, but it’s totally what me and my body need as I need to grow muscle in order to achieve my goal!
After only a few weeks I started booking my own 1-2-1 PT sessions with Jasmine.
I have never felt this comfortable working out before! Jasmine always makes me feel at ease and is always happy to take her time with me and answer any questions I have (even when I repeat the same questions week after week). She is so patient and helpful. Jasmine and I have three sessions a week which have me feeling amazing and it’s the best feeling when week after week I can see and feel my progress!
I really couldn’t feel as good as I do without Jasmine. She guides me week by week with my workouts and my diet, without even altering my daily life too much so everything is achievable! I owe it all to her. I’ve never had such a good relationship with working out, there’s nothing I love more than getting up on a morning and starting the day with a fabulous session with Jasmine!

I started my journey with Jasmine in November last year just before we went into a third lockdown. I was so disheartened about not being able to access the gym and train with Jasmine as this has such a positive effect on not just my physical health but my mental health too. Jasmine gave me the skills to continue bettering myself in the comfort of my own home with the online classes. She was creative with what household equipment could be used and every class was different. I never found myself getting bored of working out in the house - something I’ve never enjoyed or had motivation to do before! Now I’m back in the gym with Jasmine and my strength is getting better every week. I find working out in Jasmine’s home gym so much more comfortable than working out in a gym full of people, the facilities she offers are fantastic. I started 121 sessions with Jasmine after years of following yo-yo diet plans where I would lose weight only to gain it afterwards. Jasmine has introduced me to a healthier way of eating where I can eat what I enjoy and still lose weight! This has completely changed my attitude towards food. Previously I would see certain foods as being ‘bad’, which would make me want them more! Calorie counting has meant that I am no longer left craving or binging foods. I am no longer depriving myself of anything and now understand moderation is key. Jasmine has also looked at my individual requirements and encouraged me to fuel my body with what it needs.
Within my 121 sessions I have noticed a massive change in my body shape and have lost inches. Jasmine is supportive and patient with any questions I have and always has a positive attitude. Each workout is fun, varied and is progressive to continually challenge me which I love. I am looking forward to continuing with 121 and group sessions to meet both my fitness and wellbeing goals!

Training with Jasmine is one of the best decisions I ever made. I’ve done various different training programmes and there’s something about Jasmine’s vibe that has me hooked on staying committed to creating good habits and meeting my goals. Jasmine makes things so simplistic that changing my habits seems doable and less daunting. I have only known Jasmine for a short period of time and I already feel so much healthier physically and mentally.
I started one-to-one PT sessions with Jasmine and from the beginning I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Our sessions together are focused on my goals and all exercises are suited to my capabilities. The encouragement and guidance throughout the session is great. I can push myself and I don’t feel embarrassed if I can’t do something. Jasmine is very flexible and accommodating with her sessions which has been really beneficial.
The level of support definitely goes beyond training sessions. Jasmine has checked in with me if I am struggling with something or if I am ever poorly she’s given me advice and wished me well. This is something Jasmine doesn’t have to do but she chooses to do which is very thoughtful and caring. I feel confident that I can ask Jasmine anything and she will get back to me. I do follow Jasmine’s social media and she always sends me supportive and positive messages.
I feel like I’ve found both a coach and friend in Jasmine. I feel excited to train and look forward to my sessions with Jasmine each week, which is something I’ve not had for a very long time. I would highly recommend training with Jasmine, friendly, professional and someone you want to help you.

Before I began training with Jasmine I could only last about a month of routine exercising. I can now say I’m at the best fitness level I have ever been after almost a year and I’m still eager to improve further. I started training with Jasmine 6 weeks ago and I have noticed a huge improvement in my fitness and strength already, the weekly classes are fun and energetic with a lovely group of people and the PT's are hard but enjoyable and Jasmine pushes me more than I thought I was capable of.
Jasmine is patient and knowledgeable and has helped me understand where I am going wrong with food choices as well as lifestyle choices and how to improve these. Following a recent blood test my Doctor called me to tell me to keep going as my health has improved so much and I'm now no longer pre diabetic! After piling on the weight during covid I decided to message Jasmine and plucked the courage up to get back into training as I needed it for my health not only physically but mentally. Jasmine manages to push and motivate me week in week out and dare I say it I really enjoy going to my PT sessions it’s like therapy plus getting fitter! I’ve been training with Jasmine now for just over 8 weeks and it has been such a wonderful experience.
