You don’t need any equipment to complete this workout!
Do 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest! Complete the 5 exercises and repeat three times. Rest for one minute then move onto the second round. Follow the same work/rest timings.
Round one:
Walk out shoulder taps
Rotating squat jumps
3 second sprint / 3 star jumps
Burpees
Alternating backwards lunges
Round two:
Touch downs
Mountain climbers
Flutter kicks
Side lunge jumps
½ burpee / 3 squats
