You don’t need any equipment to complete this workout!
Do 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest! Complete the 5 exercises and repeat three times. Rest for one minute then move onto the second round. Follow the same work/rest timings.

Round one:

  1. Walk out shoulder taps

  2. Rotating squat jumps

  3. 3 second sprint / 3 star jumps

  4. Burpees

  5. Alternating backwards lunges


Round two:

  1. Touch downs

  2. Mountain climbers

  3. Flutter kicks

  4. Side lunge jumps

  5. ½ burpee / 3 squats
